Feeling Calm and Confident
Coaching sessions to help you fully enjoy your ceremony
Having worked for over 30 years as a counsellor and life coach I've got a lot of experience in helping people feel calm, centred, relaxed and confident.

In these sessions, I apply this knowledge to help you feel totally at ease as you approach the big event of your ceremony.

I help you access the part of you that is always in a state of peace and calm and help you open up to it, so it fills you.

We can also look at specific issues that might be holding you back from feeling fully confident and calm, such as being overwhelmed and stressed by a large 'to-do' list. I will help you manage this so you feel more assured that everything will flow wonderfully for your special event and you feel truly able to enjoy it.
These sessions are included in Package Two of my couples ceremony service. If you have booked this service I will send you a direct link to book your preferred time and date for your sessions.

I also offer them on a pay as you go basis to anyone who feels they would like support in this area.

If you would like more information about how these sessions will help you, please do get in touch, I'll be happy to chat to you about how we can tailor these sessions to suit you.

The cost is £50 for a 1-hour session on Zoom. You can book these sessions here.

If you would like to know more about my coaching work you can explore this on my other my website here.
And if you would like to know more about my background and training for that work you can look here.
'Within you, there is a stillness and sanctuary to which you can retreat at any time
and be yourself.'
Hermann Hesse
'What you do for yourself, any gesture of kindness,
any gesture of gentleness, any gesture of honesty
and clear seeing toward yourself, will affect
how you experience your world.
In fact, it will transform how
you experience the world.

What you do for yourself,
you’re doing for others,
and what you do for others,
you’re doing for yourself.'
