I, Josie Wood of Heartful Ceremonies use all reasonable precautions to keep the information disclosed to me secure. Only I will have access to client data. I keep up to date and aware of the appropriate policies and my obligation not to disclose personal data to anyone who is not supposed to have it. Information supplied is kept in a secure paper and electronic system and is only accessed by me in the delivery of the service. This personal information is dealt with properly and securely however it is collected, recorded and used, whether on paper, in a computer, or recorded on other material.
