Calm and Confident for Your Event
If the ceremony that you are organising is feeling more of a pressure than a pleasure - I can help you shift out of a state of stressful tension and into a feeling of calm confidence...so you can enjoy the day and the preparations for it.
This is particularly helpful for those who have wedding nerves, or anxiety about large public events. Or maybe you are feeling a sense of overwhelm with all the things that you need to plan for and do. I'll help you feel in command of it all, then you can relax and trust that everything will flow easily.

Write Your Vows Session
If you feel a bit daunted by writing your wedding vows, you're not alone. I am often asked for help with this. So I offer this session where I take you through a process to easily get to what you want to say and how to say it.
I will also help you feel more confident in saying your vows on the day too, if you need that support.
